Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once payment is confirmed, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for orders ₱1,000 and above. For orders below ₱1,000, a ₱99 shipping fee applies.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, HitPay, and bank transfers.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select locations.

Product Information

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All products sold at Your Daily Dose Online are 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
How can I check the product’s expiry date?
Expiry dates are listed on the product detail page under the “Product Information” section.
What should I do if I experience skin irritation after using a product?
Stop using the product immediately and consult a dermatologist. Please also contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact our customer service team to request an exchange. We’ll provide the return address, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement.
